Established at the 2000 Conclave, Section W-1B has ran the Teaquan Wask University (TWU) as part of the Conclave Training Committee. |

In the Fall of 1999, a special Nanuk Lodge #355/Section W-1B flap was produced to provide funding for the Lodge (which was the Service Lodge for the 2000 Conclave), the Conclave and for the Section. This is actually a Nanuk Lodge item, not a Section W-1B item. |
