Calling all youth leaders - regardless if you may be a Chapter Secretary, Lodge Chief, or Assistant Patrol Leader. We need you.

This is a once in a lifetime experience to not only test your skills as a leader in a class forum, but also with your own Arrowmen you serve. That's right. Section W-1B has geared up with the best trainers across the Pacific Northwest and nation, to bring you a dynamic symposium on leadership, as well as other exciting topics. 

Want to learn the new motivation techniques? How about planning the "ultimate" chapter event? A barbeque? Maybe...  Conclave is not limited to training for Leaders though, many experiences are possible as well. Increase your ability to handle groups of people. How will you react under pressure?
