When should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive no later than 8 PM. Our highlight event of Friday, the opening show, begins at 8:30 PM, and an arrival at 8 PM barely allows time to check in and set up your sleeping arrangements before the show begins. You can arrive as early as 6 PM.

How does the registration process work?
For those who are pre-registered, the process is a breeze. Upon arrival, we will get you signed in, present you with your Conclave identification tag, patch and program booklet. You will also be provided information on where your Lodge will be camping.

SectionMaster is a trusted data and payment processor, which has been contracted by Section W-1B, headquartered at the Mt. Baker Council of the Boy Scouts of America to provide services such as event registration, trading post sales, and online payment processing.  Data stored on the SectionMaster servers is sole property of Section W-1B, and will not be sold to or shared with any third party by SectionMaster as clearly outlined in the SectionMaster Privacy Policy.  Only authorized agents of Section W-1B will be permitted to access data stored on the SectionMaster servers.
